Criminal Record Checks

To safeguard members of our club, the Phantom Lake Soccer Club (PLSC) requires that all volunteers who interact with children or youth, including coaches, managers, and executive board members, to have a Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Persons completed every three years. 

Please submit a digital copy to our Technical Director
